Please note: Ubuntu Crafts does not yet operate a funded buyer-protection program or a blanket money-back guarantee. The information below describes our returns approach and support path. Any protection program will be clearly announced here once it is implemented and funded.
Returns on eligible items
Ready-to-ship items may be returnable within a maker-set window if unused and in original condition. Made-to-order and customized pieces are generally final sale — always check the listing.
Talk to the maker first
Most issues resolve fastest by messaging the maker directly through the listing. Makers want you to love your piece.
Support & disputes
If something arrives damaged, not as described, or doesn’t arrive, contact support with your order details and photos so we can help mediate.
