Frequently asked questions

Buying

How do I buy an item?

Add fixed-price items to your cart and check out. Auction items are won by placing the highest valid bid before the timer ends.

What does “made to order” mean?

The maker crafts the piece after you order. The listing shows an estimated production lead time before you buy.

Can I save items for later?

Yes — sign in and tap the heart on any listing to add it to your wishlist, viewable under My account → Saved.

Can I message a maker?

Yes. Open a listing and choose “Ask the maker a question” to start a private conversation.

Auctions

How does bidding work?

Enter an amount at least the minimum increment above the current bid. You can also set a maximum (proxy) bid and the system bids for you up to that ceiling.

What is soft-close?

If a valid bid is placed in the final two minutes, the auction extends by three minutes — so no one can win by sniping at the last second.

What does “reserve” mean?

Some auctions set a hidden minimum price. If bidding doesn’t reach it, the item may not sell. The page shows whether the reserve has been met.

Selling

How much does it cost to sell?

Joining and listing are free. A per-sale commission applies only when an item sells — see the Seller fees page for rates and a live earnings preview.

How do I get paid?

Payouts activate once payment credentials are connected. Earnings previews on each listing show your net after commission today.

Shipping & returns

Who ships my order?

The maker ships from their home country. Multi-carrier rates and labels activate once carrier credentials are connected.

Can I return something?

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returnable within a maker-set window. Made-to-order and customized pieces are usually final sale. See Returns & buyer support.
